Deborah Young, Business Unit Director
Prior to joining Sword in 2001, Deborah was working in PSINet, DDS Europe as business transformation consulting manager. She has extensive experiences in managing global and dynamic teams in deploying complex software such as SAP. Deborah has worked in Taiwan, Japan, USA and EMEA. Deborah became a business unit director for Sword in 2003. Deborah obtained her MBA from The George Washington University, Washington D.C. USA.
Martin Evans, Development Manager
With an Hons Degree in Business Information Technology, Martin has ten years' experience in the software development industry, most recently in workflow driven, collaborative solutions. Martin has proven ability to successfully transfer skills and knowledge to new technologies. This adaptable approach, together with attention to detail and the desire to provide a truly complete solution, enable Martin to deliver innovative software products on time and within budget. Having joined Sword Achiever in 2000, Martin has acquired many years' experience in the delivery of compliance management solutions and now heads up the development team.
Ian Royle, EMEA Sales Manager
Ian has 15 years experience in sales and business development within EMEA, the US and Asia. He has successfully sold enterprise solutions into large global organisations such as Barclays, Nokia and ING and has extensive knowledge of the GRC European. Before to joining Sword, Ian has worked for both GRC start-up companies and established solution providers. Prior to his sales career, Ian ran his own technical consultancy for a number of years.
Edward Brandvik, Marketing Manager
Edward Brandvik joins the Sword Achiever team as Markeing Manager. In his previous role, working for a major Plc operating in 16 countries, Edward was responsible for leading the European marketing function ensuring that marketing supported the Group's strategic priority to grow across Europe. Edward gained extensive experience of all aspects of B2B marketing from planning to implementation through various coordinated marketing communications targeting segments and delivering growth. Edward also holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.
