WORKFLOW AND ESCALATION PROCESSES

  • Automated notifications for training requirements can be sent to the trainee, their manager, the trainer or training coordinator as required. Notifications are sent via familiar email, so very little training is required on use of the system
  • Incomplete training can be escalated using a configurable escalation engine , ensuring that all training is monitored to completion

MANAGEMENT REPORTING

  • The system provides a skills and competency matrix that will enable employees to see where skills are in the organization
  • Reports of ‘who has read what documents’ in the management system supports compliance with regulatory and legislative standards
  • Reports of incomplete training can be used to initiate corrective action
